After spending a lot of time in Northern Europe, we craved a yummy rye bread here in the UK too, so thats what we're doing!

Our goal is to introduce as many people to our bread as possible.

Despite some of the bad rye bread experiences out there, we think you will like this one, and hopefully we can make our mark on the nations fibre intake!!

The recipe and technique for our ryebread originates from those farmhouses and has been passed down for centuries.
